Hi everyone, I'm new! My name is Jenna, and I'm 26.
Height - 5'7"
Start Weight - 207
Current Weight - 198
Goal Weight - 140


I do have a question for you guys.
What is the best way to work out your hips (excluding lunges, because I have arthritis in my knees, so that's out of the question).

i hyper-extended my knee a few years ago and lunges kill me too. What I do is either run on high resistance (its going to be reallllly hard to find good thigh workouts without irritating your knees somehow), or use an arc trainer (kinda like skiing, running and going up stairs all at once)
